Trade Show Booth Graphic Designer

Trade show booth graphics, designed and prepared for print.

I design the graphics for the booth you’ve chosen, using your brand, copy, and vendor template. I work on the layout and message hierarchy, then prepare the files your printer needs.

Booth graphics

Back walls, side panels, a hanging sign (fascia), and a reception counter. I create a new design or adapt existing artwork to your vendor’s panel layout.

Individual displays

Design and adaptation for portable displays (pop-ups, roll-ups, banners, promo stands), built to the requirements of your hardware model.

Rebuilding AI mockups and sketches

I rebuild your team’s AI mockup or sketch into editable artwork to the actual dimensions and specs of the chosen display.

My scope is graphic design and artwork preparation. Your vendor handles the hardware, printing, and installation.

Process

From your materials, through design approval, to the final print files.

File-setup corrections included

If the builder or printer rejects the artwork for a file-setup issue against the template or spec supplied at kickoff, the correction is included.

This applies to the same specification, before print. Reprint costs are not covered. You approve the printer’s proof.

What this covers

This covers a technical file-setup issue against the same template/spec supplied at kickoff, before print. It does not cover reprint cost, material, press or color variance after an approved printer proof, copy changes after content is locked, a replacement template, added panels, or a new direction.

01

Share the project

Display details, the surfaces that need graphics, your current brand materials, and the artwork deadline. I confirm any missing specifications, then provide the written scope and quote.

02

Review the design

For a new layout, I develop one initial direction at the actual panel dimensions. For an adaptation or a rebuild, I work from your existing layout, sketch, or AI mockup and the changes we agree on. You review the design before final file preparation.

03

Receive the artwork

After approval, I prepare and check the files against the printer’s requirements, then deliver the print files and packaged source.

Added panels, a new template, or a change of direction after approval are quoted separately.

Client feedback

Feedback from trade show projects, collected on Upwork after completed contracts.

Roman Korkin

I’m Roman Korkin, an independent designer with a background in print-shop prepress and brand design for marketing teams.

I handle both the layout and the production files. You work directly with me from the brief through the final handoff.

We work through text and files. My working hours overlap with US Eastern time.

FAQ

I’ve chosen the display but don’t have the template. Can I still reach out?

Yes. Send the vendor’s product link or model name with a short description of the graphics you need. I’ll confirm which specifications are still needed. The final quote and production work depend on those details.

How do design reviews work?

For a new layout, the quote includes one initial direction and a stated number of review rounds. Send consolidated feedback from one approver. If the design misses the agreed brief, the correction is included.

How long does it take? Can you handle rush work?

The schedule depends on the panel list, the materials available, and the review work involved. I confirm timing after reviewing the template. Paid rush work is available when the scope and my schedule allow it.

Why not just use the design add-on from my booth vendor?

The vendor’s service may be enough for a straightforward layout. Check whether it includes the design work you need, editable source files, and file-setup corrections. I handle the brand layout and production artwork for the vendor you’ve already chosen.

Request a quote for your booth graphics

Send the materials you have. I’ll review the project and either confirm a written quote or ask for the missing details.

Pricing is based on the surfaces, the starting artwork, and the design work involved. The written quote confirms the scope, review rounds, timing, and price before work starts.
